Paul Green is a chartered town planner who has extensive experience of planning policy preparation and related issues.
Paul qualified as a planner in 1980. He worked for local authorities in the South East until 1989, including 9 years at Ashford Borough Council. Between 1989 and 2007 Paul was Planning Policy Manager at Torridge District Council in Devon. His current consultancy was started after leaving Torridge and is based in Bideford, North Devon.
