Graham Gover is a solicitor who specialises in planning enforcement, planning agreements and advocacy.
After qualifying as a solicitor in 1983, Graham worked as a legal advisor to magistrates and then as a Crown Prosecutor. He started to specialise in planning when he joined the legal department of Bournemouth Borough Council in 1988. He was head of the planning department at Michelmores Solicitors and then founded his own specialist planning legal practice based in Exeter in 2005.
Graham is a member of the Law Society’s Planning Panel.
