Ed is a Director of Westcountry Land Planning Consultancy and a Chartered Town Planner. He holds a BSc (Hons) degree in Town and Regional Planning and has been a member of the Royal Town Planning Institute since 1999.
Ed joined West Devon Borough Council from Torbay Borough Council in 1995. In 2010 Ed left West Devon Borough Council, where he was Principal Planning officer for Major Applications, to set up Westcountry Land Planning Consultancy, which based in Tavistock.
